The device is used in electric and ICE forklifts, sea transport and other industrial machines. Counts and displays the active operating time of the machine via an LCD segmented display. Counts active time up to 99999.9 hours (6-digit display). Suitable for 12V, 24V, and 48V power supply. Optional integration of two additional inputs:
"ENABLE" Input: Enables the counter. Counting is active only while the input is triggered.
"RESET" Input: When the input is triggered, the counter reading is reset to zero.

The device has three functional variants:
Variant "HM" - "ENABLE" and "RESET" inputs are not active;
Variant "HME" - "ENABLE" input is active;
Variant "HMER" - "ENABLE" and "RESET" inputs are active;

Functional description /Variant HM/

Positive DC+ voltage is applied to terminal "+", and negative voltage is applied to terminal "-". The counting of operating hours has started when the decimal point on the display flashes. 5 seconds after the supply voltage is applied, the device begins to record the counted operating hours in non-volatile memory.

Functional description /Variant HME/

Reading: When positive DC voltage is applied – DC+ applied to terminal “+” and DC- applied to terminal “-” the display becomes active, but the device does not start counting. Counting starts if positive DC+ voltage is applied to terminal “I” for more than ½ of a second. The counting of operating hours has started when the decimal point on the display flashes. 5 seconds after the supply voltage is applied, the device begins to record the counted operating hours in non-volatile memory.

Functional description /Variant HMER/

Reading: When positive DC voltage is applied – DC+ applied to terminal “+” and DC- applied to terminal “-” the display becomes active, but the device does not start counting the operating hours. Counting: Positive DC+ voltage is applied to terminal “I” for more than ½ of a second. The counting of operating hours has started when the decimal point on the display flashes. 5 seconds after the supply voltage is applied, the device begins to record the counted operating hours in non-volatile memory. Resetting: Positive DC+ voltage is applied to terminal “R” for more than ½ of a second, 5 seconds after the supply voltage is applied to terminals “+” and “-”. The voltage on the “R” terminal should not be more than the supply voltage.
