Our series of electronic thermal regulators for water heaters „WHC“ turns everyday household use of hot water into a modern and efficient experience. Designed to enhance comfort, safety, and low power consumption, the series is intended to replace a capillary thermostat, combining the advantages of electronic temperature measurement, the ability to adapt to the water tank mechanical design, low manufacturing and operational cost, and high reliability.
The family consists of three product classes: WHC-BASE: Precise measurement and temperature adjustment via trimmer/potentiometer. Intended as a direct functional and physical replacement of a capillary thermostat. ✓ Capable of missing water protection and overheating conditions; WHC-HMI: Additional features and modes compared to “WHC-BASE”. ✓ Available user interface for selecting modes, setting and monitoring temperature, and performing self-diagnostics; ✓ Available ECO mode with automatic selection of the regulated temperature based on the user’s behavior of water heater usage; ✓ Temperature adjustment in the range of 40–80°C via the user interface buttons; ✓ Available anti-bacterial mode, in which the water tank is periodically heated to 70°C to eliminate bacteria and microbes; ✓ Available self-diagnostic mode and indication of the activated protection function; WHC-WIFI: Additional features compared to “WHC-HMI”: ✓ WiFi connectivity and remote control via the integrated „Soneco Connect“ protocol; ✓ Option for HMI using a color TFT display with interactive menus; ✓ Ability to update the firmware via the “Soneco Connect” integration, adding new functions and menus;
